Program & School Reviews

At Education Partners, we understand the importance of review processes to ensure that a program or school is meeting its intended objectives and achieving the desired outcomes efficiently and effectively. Our program review services offer a thorough analysis of your school or program, where we help highlight areas of success and make recommendations for improvements.

We work to support a wide array of program reviews, including but not limited to:

• Student facing programs including special education, intervention and gifted and talented

• Staff facing programs including: hiring and onboarding, professional learning, and coaching and evaluation

• Community facing programs including: community engagement, external communication and family education

• Operational programs including: transportation, information technology, finance

School and program reviews begin with a planning process where we work closely with the school or program leader to design an appropriate data collection and discovery process. At the end of the review, our findings and recommendations are shared in a final report which is presented to the project sponsor.
