Jess Ridgway

With more than 15 years of experience in education as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and at the district level, Jess Ridgway has become a distinguished leader in her field. For the past decade, she has held various leadership roles, with a focus on ensuring that students have access to rigorous instruction and strong teams of teachers and leaders.

She has worked in settings ranging from large, urban school districts to smaller charter management organizations. One constant though, is the focus of her work has primarily been on intensive school settings, and working to shift the paradigm for the benefit of students and families. Most recently as a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Superintendent, she played an instrumental role in leading a number of mission critical special projects across Denver Public Schools.

Currently, Jess is serving as Executive Vice President at Education Partners, where she continues supporting schools and districts across the county. Jess's commitment to education and her ability to drive transformational change make her a valuable asset to any organization she works with.
