Ardena White has worked in the educational field in both the public and private sector for over 25 years. Her roles have ranged from C-Suite district administration to executive sales leadership in a Fortune 500 K-12 educational publishing company. Ardena’s areas of expertise include leadership of state and national sales teams, positioning of solutions for special populations, organizational improvement, pipeline management and contract negotiation. Her work has also included a focus on increasing academic achievement and equity while assisting districts with solutions that improve the teaching and learning environment. In Ardena's sales career she has led teams that have closed large contracts in markets including: New York, Chicago, Detroit, Denver and more.

Ardena holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and has completed coursework for a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Detroit-Mercy.
